  • Call Center / Disability Management Assistant:  We are currently seeking a stand-out candidate to join our team in our downtown Grand Rapids MI office, where onsite parking is provided. This full-time, entry level position offers great opportunities for growth in the HR field and flexible hours, including working from home!  As a Disability Management Assistant, you will have the important role of being the first impression our customers receive over the phone. Assist customers in how to apply for a leave of absence using our Automated Reporting System and offer assistance with general leave related questions. You will balance the high volume of phone calls with many other daily, time-sensitive tasks to maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations. To exceed in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have a high attention to detail and be able to build relationships, follow instructions and learn new tasks.   • Disability Management Specialist:  We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time candidates for multiple openings. This position allows for flexible hours and opportunity for growth. The role of the Disability Management Specialist is to manage and process claims; to determine benefits due pursuant to a short term disability plan and to ensure the ongoing processing of claims.
